Shipping FAQ |

How do I estimate my shipping costs?
Simply choose the item(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your cart and click
the "estimate shipping" button. This can be done when you add the items to your
cart or at any time after by clicking the "estimate shipping" button listed with
your shopping cart items on any page in our online store. Our shipping estimator
only needs to know your zip code and your country to determine shipping to all
domestic and international locations.
My shipment is time critical!
USPS shipping methods are not time definite or guaranteed. If you need a package by a certain date, you should choose a date definite method from FedEx or UPS. If you are unsure of which method to select or have any questions please call us.
Does my expedited shipping option (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select,
etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out the same day it is placed?
Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2
business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected.
Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we
can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not
included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will
arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped.
What time will UPS make its next delivery attempt?
If this was a first or second attempt, the next delivery attempt will be made
on the next business day. Your UPS driver has indicated on the UPS InfoNotice
the approximate time range within which the next attempt will be made.
When will my UPS package arrive?
In the U.S., your UPS package cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time
of day. UPS Ground packages are delivered anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00
p.m., Monday through Friday.
I was not home when a delivery was attempted, and a UPS InfoNotice was left.
Will UPS make another attempt?
Yes. UPS makes up to three delivery attempts, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Where do you ship from?
www.iofast.com ships warehouses located in the southern California, northern Virgina
and Southern Florida.
If you'd like to know how fast shipping is please see
"How fast is shipping?"
Can you ship using my UPS, FedEx, etc. Account?
No. At present IOFAST does not ship using customer UPS, FedEx, etc. accounts.
Who are your carriers?
IOFAST ships through UPS, USPS and occasionally via FedEx.
We strongly recommend that our customers
select UPS shipping if they want detailed and up to date tracking
information. USPS is simply not able to provide the level of service that
UPS provides for its customers. We understand that many of our customers would
like an inexpensive shipping method so we offer USPS as a less expensive
alternative for smaller orders.
Do you ship international?
IOFAST does not presently ship outside of the United States without prior
approval from our staff. If you have a strong need for our products and
are outside of the U.S. please visit our contact page and send us an email
detailing your needs. We will be more than happy to evaluate your situation.
How quickly will you ship?
The majority of orders placed by 1:30 PM eastern time on days we are open are shipped
on the same day. If not, we will do our best to ship them the following business day.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same day shipping in all cases. Special order items will not ship same day.
In the event we do not have your entire order in stock we
will quickly contact you about how you would like to proceed. We will typically
offer to cancel the line item or entire order at your discretion. If an item is
offered in multiple colors though the color you ordered is out of stock we will
also allow you to switch to another color that is in stock. Additionally, we can
hold your order until all items are in stock.
Am I responsible for paying the brokerage or customs fees?
Yes, you (the customer) are responsible to pay all brokerage and customs fees.
How fast is shipping?
Your order will generally ship from the
warehouse located closest to you. In the event that the location closest to you
is out of stock it may come from the alternate warehouse. Once our products
leave our hands they are at the discretion of the shipper and method you have
selected. In most cases they will provide you with your order in
the amount of time you have specified or less.
USPS delivery times listed at checkout are estimates provided by USPS and are
not guaranteed.
Here are the UPS ground estimated delivery time maps from each warehouse. For a more accurate estimate based on your zip code please use our shipping estimator.

My USPS Package shows no tracking or updates. Did you ship it?
Yes. When our automatic emails are generated with tracking, the package is leaving our facility on that date. USPS First Class Mail does NOT OFFER TRACKING. USPS Priority Mail offers inconsistent tracking. Please keep in mind that we are merely passing our package to the shipper of your choice. USPS Priority Mail has inconsistent tracking and USPS First Class Mail has no tracking. If you want consistent tracking and date definite delivery, please choose UPS or FedEx.
My Package shows that it was delivered but I did not get it!
The solution we list may seem obvious on the surface but it has resolved over 90% of the cases we receive emails or calls about:
- Check with all of your household members. Family, roommates, etc.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they picked up the package for you or if the package was delivered to the wrong location.
- Check with your Landlord / Main office / Checkpoint office to see if the package was left with them. If there is a bulk mailing area double check this area.
- Check with the delivery person assigned to your route and/or the local delivery office that delivers to your location. Sometimes the package will not fit in your mailbox and the package is left at an alternate location.
- Check with your local Mail Office / Delivery Hub and/or Postmaster General for your area.
- If the steps above have provided no resolution, please contact the shipping vendor at the numbers below. The shipping companies are required to speak to the intended recipient of the package to validate that the item has not been received.
