On the current batch of these (February 2013), the color codes to not properly match up. The wire punch-down spots are *numbered* correctly, but the colors are incorrect. Wire your blue (inside) pair to 3&4, and wire your orange (outside) pair to 2&5. Once I figured this out, everything worked fine, but there is really no excuse for this. Also, the dust covers do not sit very securely.
